Air Rescue, operated by Air Evac EMS, Inc., is proud to serve Texas communities in need of advanced emergency healthcare and rapid medical transport. There are three Air Rescue bases to serve you:
- Houston County Air Rescue – Crockett, TX
- Southeast Texas Air Rescue – Beaumont, TX
- Southeast Texas Air Rescue – Jasper, TX
In addition, there are many other helicopter air ambulance bases (Air Evac Lifeteam and Methodist AirCare) in Texas, along with bases in Kinder and Opelousas, Louisiana, ready to provide ACCESS. These mutually supporting air medical bases provide the same quality and safety for your patients when the Air Rescue crew is committed to another flight or must decline for weather.

Methodist Air Care
Methodist AirCare, operated by Air Evac EMS, Inc., is proud to serve Texas communities in need of advanced emergency health care and rapid medical transport.
There are two Methodist AirCare bases ready to serve you:
- Methodist AirCare 1 – San Antonio*
- Methodist AirCare 2 – Pearsall
Crews are available 7 days a week to respond to the scene of an emergency or transfer patients between medical facilities. To request an emergency transport, please call 1.800.247.3822.

MU Health Care Air Medical Service
The MU Health Care Air Medical Service is made up of an advanced team of highly qualified pilots, flight nurses and flight medics that provide lifesaving care throughout Missouri.
Referring providers from Missouri health care facilities, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and EMS can request a helicopter transport by contacting the Air Medical Service Communications Center at 844.682.2734 (MUCARE4)
The Ascension Saint Thomas StatFlight-branded BELL 407GXi helicopter, operated by Air Evac Lifeteam, will service a 70–100-mile radius from Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford and greatly reduce transport times to definitive care.
Each crew consists of an Air Evac pilot, nurse, and paramedic who have extensive education and experience in their field. The crew is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to transport critically ill and injured patients to the most appropriate Middle Tennessee facilities.
Local law enforcement officials, fire fighters, first responders, emergency medical providers, 911 dispatchers and healthcare professionals can contact the StatFlight Emergency Communications Center at 866.574.4633 to request a critical-care transport from the scene of any injury, significant cardiac or neurological emergency or between healthcare facilities.

Since 2004, the Lutheran Air flight program has provided air ambulance services focused on safety, quality and speed for all critically ill or injured patients. We are committed to these objectives and our record proves it. All three Lutheran Air helicopters are staffed with licensed and/or board-certified crews that are highly trained in various specialties to treat critically ill patients. The crew includes a pilot, nurse, and paramedic. Crew members make the most of their specialty training by focusing on the unique needs of each patient.
